From obtaining her degree in Business Management at Austin Peay State University to obtaining her Cosmetology license at the Aveda Institute Nashville as well as her Natural Hair license, with over 15 years of experience, Simone has established a name for herself in the beauty industry as a textured hair coach and an expert at transitioning and coaching her clients into healthier hair with style.

As a successful salon owner of Heart for Hair Salon (IG: @Heartforhairsalon) as well as a Master hair stylist, her heart for hair goes beyond being behind the chair. Simone is a true entrepreneur at heart, launching her first hair and body care line, Cecilia Pearl, in 2020 as well as her blog ,Abide and Ride, in 2021. 

Though she loves being an entrepreneur, her greatest passion comes from seeing people win in every area of their life! Simone finds joy in teaching women how to grow and flourish mentally, emotionally, spiritually, physically, and relationally through sharing her personal life experiences, education, and network of resources. She finds great joy in helping others discover their gifts, walk in their identity in Christ, and build an intentional life of purpose through one on one mentorship and through teaching the Word of God.
